Rule 15
To be monitored
: (1) The department shall be responsible for monitoring and arranging for workers who have obtained labor permits or work approvals according to rule 8 or rule 9 and foreign workers whose records have been kept according to sub-rule (3) of rule 13.
(2) During monitoring according to sub-rule (1), if any foreign national is found to be working in any establishment without obtaining a work permit or work permit or without keeping records in accordance with the Act or this regulation, the department shall order the relevant employer to remove such foreign national from work immediately.
